Terms & Conditions
Promotion Period: The competition runs from 12 March 2025 to 30 April 2025. Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.
Eligibility: Open to New Zealand residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Independent Transport Parts Limited, their immediate family members, affiliated partners and their advertising agencies are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter: Participants must count the Easter eggs hidden within the advertisement and submit their answer via this website page: https://www.itpltd.co.nz/easter-giveaway/. Only one entry per person is allowed.
Prize: Five (5) winners will each receive a $100 grocery voucher. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Winner Selection: The winners will be randomly drawn from all correct entries on 15 May 2025 and will be notified via email or phone. If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, a new winner will be drawn.
Publicity: By entering, participants agree to have their name published if they win. The winners may be required to participate in promotional activities related to the giveaway. Winners will also be announced on the Independent Transport Parts website and social media.
Privacy: Personal details collected will only be used for the purpose of this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
Fair Play: Any fraudulent or automated entries will be disqualified. Independent Transport Parts Limited reserves the right to remove entries deemed inappropriate or incorrect.
Changes & Cancellation: Independent Transport Parts Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise.
